I have been through my fair share of urgent cares and hospitals throughout my years and I can say that urgent care next to Denver general was one of the most prompt, attentive, gentle , assertive, accurate , quick , listening, and comforting out of all the places I’ve had to pay a visit too. Thank you all so much for treating me so well. Especially you Kristen for being so patient with me when I was in pain and heated a time and again. Sorry for stressing you out. You guys on the evening shift are fantastic.

I don’t live in Denver, and while on a business trip I had to visit this urgent care. The facility is convenient, fast, and clean, but what is truly amazing is the attention and care shown by the people who work here. Every single one of them is respectful and empathetic. You can tell they genuinely try to help and do their jobs as well as possible, going above and beyond to make you feel that you truly matter. My experience here has been incredibly positive, and I am very grateful for the truly human service I received. Special thanks to Mia, Victoria, Elisa, Deshana, the X-ray tech, and the entire team. I’ve had negative experiences at emergency rooms in the past due to a lack of humanity from the staff, which made me appreciate the professionals working here even more.
Had the best experience here. Everyone was super friendly, kind, and knew what they were doing. I had to wait less than 10 minutes to be seen. My PA Kendall was amazing. She really took the time to explain what could be going on, what the next steps would be, and answered any questions I had. She even drew out a visual representation of what she was explaining on a white board, which is a visual learner I really appreciated. Highly recommend this place and thank you all that you do.
My experience was good. Starting with the receptionist at the front desk to the medical staff..... they were curious and polite. They made me feel comfortable. And were very understanding and compassionate with me. I really appreciate what they all did for me. They we're awesome. Thank you.
