I had an incredibly meaningful experience at Derco Jewelers today. I was helped by John, who was absolutely wonderful, kind, and attentive throughout the entire process, and Jack, who was the jeweler who originally helped my grandfather design my grandmother’s wedding ring decades ago. I brought in a photo of my grandparents when they were young, and Jack remembered them immediately. That moment meant more than I can put into words. My grandmother’s ring was resized with great care and precision, and the craftsmanship was exceptional. What stood out most was the respect shown for the history behind the piece and the genuine integrity of everyone involved. This experience wasn’t just about jewelry. It was about honoring family, history, and legacy. I’m deeply grateful and will always trust Derco with the pieces that matter most to my family.
Derco Fine Jewelers is truly exceptional. Jack, the owner, is incredibly sweet, attentive, and genuinely passionate about his craft. He creates the most beautiful custom pieces and takes the time to make sure every detail is perfect. We had an amazing experience with him this Christmas. Jack went above and beyond to make everyone’s wishes come true. From thoughtful guidance to flawless execution, the entire process was seamless and memorable. John and Jack took care of me by creating the perfect ring by customizing the ring to fit my wedding ring of 53 years. My original ring was shaped like a flower and now it looks like a crown. I also brought other jewelry to have repaired and they gladly repaired several bracelets and changed clasp on a couple of necklaces all for free. Thank you Derco for having great employees who show they love their jobs.
Well, how could I even start this review? My fiancé and I have had the BEST experiences here! It all began when my wonderful fiancé came in by himself to get my engagement ring. He asked them to design a special custom ring for me, and since it would take a few weeks to be ready, they gave him a temporary ring (which was already BEAUTIFUL!). Today, we came back to pick up the official ring along with our wedding bands. From the very beginning, the staff treated us so kindly—with water, warm smiles, and genuine care. The rings are absolutely stunning—beautifully made, flawless, and truly AMAZING! I couldn’t be happier with my wedding band, and my future husband found his in about three seconds—it was just perfect for him. On top of that, they continued giving us 5-star treatment! They cleaned our rings and even gifted us a Hydrosonic SD ring cleaning machine. Truly above and beyond! There’s so much I could say about this wonderful store, but in short: they are incredible, thoughtful, and clearly love what they do. We couldn’t be happier!
I got my engagement ring at Derco and absolutely love it. They went above and beyond working with us to design it and ensure it was exactly what I wanted. I cannot recommend them enough and Lorraine is fantastic! Definitely ask for her.
