Dermaspace is like the calm in the middle of the downtown storm. To walk in from the cold, and through the business like hallways, then open the door to this beautiful, tranquil space was so unexpected and exactly what I needed. Trevor did an excellent job with my facial, and was so caring and attentive to my issues with claustrophobia during the facial wrap portion. He is very knowledgeable and explained the process each step of the way. It was a wonderful experience, I’ll definitely go again!
I booked the iDerm facial treatment feeling lucky that this service is available in Seattle. Mia was amazing with a gentle, relaxing touch. She was very informative and has lead to the next level in my skin routine. I fell in love with this warm welcoming space and the professionalism of Mia. I look forward to our next appointment and learning more from Mia.
I can’t say enough amazing things about Jody and his staff. I’ve been seeing Jody for over 10yrs and his facials are the best. His studio space is in a convenient location, the space itself is both luxurious and cozy. You will walk out of your appointment glowing and able to go about your day without looking red or with bed face. His style of facials may look intimidating or odd if you only look at the photos of the tools used but the outcome will blow you away. You leave looking dewy and younger than when you walked in.
Since youth I have been struggling with acne and a greasy, yet dry face. I had seen the Iderm Deep Ionizing Facial Treatment before online and decided to give it a try at Dermaspace. Making the appointment through Vagaro was easy, walked me through a thorough intake form, and allowed me to choose my esthetician. I went with Mia who was a darling from the minute I stepped into Dermaspace. Any worries or fears quickly drifted off given the dim lighting, chill music and zen ambiance. Mia had a sweet personality, explained the entire process from start to finish, was knowledgeable about anything related to skincare and health, and most importantly, gentle. The facial was around an hour and fifteen minutes, including a discussion of my skin concerns, allergies, goals, etc. It consisted of roughly four total steps: 1) Gentle facial cleansing and exfoliation 2) Moisturization and detoxification using yucca soaked cloth within a volcanic heated cone 3) Deep cleaning of my entire face, clearing out any and all clogged pores 4) Ionization facial wrap of nourishing cotton with a leather mask connected to low voltage electrical current in order to ionize the solution. Afterwards, my face felt completely refreshed and as if years were taken off. There is a reason it has won the best facial in Seattle/PNW for many years--the treatment is truly results driven and very effective. I plan to be back soon.
I absolutely love this place! I have been twice so far. For my first appointment I had Allegra, she unfortunately was not available for my second treatment so I booked with Trevor. Both estheticians are phenomenal! Very knowledgeable and kind and give great recommendations. I booked the iderm facial since I have acne prone skin. My skin has looked and felt amazing after both treatments. My breakouts have significantly decreased and my acne scarring has gone down. Both Allegra and Trevor were great during my facial and made sure I was always comfortable.
