I haven’t been to a dermotologist in 10 years or more . I was able to book online and fill out the paperwork online with ease. Very professional staff and was seen by Melissa Barrer PA-C, She was Very professional , friendly and informative . I felt very comfortable . I will definitely book with her every year .

"I have had an outstanding experience at Dermatology Specialist of Dallas! The staff is friendly, professional, and attentive, making every visit comfortable and stress-free. There is a reason why I drive from the Mid-cities to this facility. I scheduled my visit the day before and received excellent service and results. The best- Dr. Brown may have retired, but the standards she set for her staff remains. Well done!

I had a wonderful experience at this dermatology office today. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly professional, kind, and welcoming. The staff provided clear and thorough instructions, which made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. The office itself was very clean, modern, and comfortable. I especially appreciated the transparency regarding costs—everything was explained upfront, and I felt fully informed about my options. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m grateful for the excellent care I received. Highly recommend!

Their customer service was excellent. The nurse was personable and friendly as well as the doctor who was also especially nice. For a first time visit, I felt like I belonged. The decor was appealing and the ambience very calming, which I so needed after having such a hard time finding the place. Oh, the young lady at the front desk was very professional and she helped to calm my frazzled nerves.
