SCAM ARTISTS!!!They are not transparent about pricing of services whatsoever and will trick you into getting services that will cost way more than necessary!!! I had a mole removal that toon my doctor and when asked about pricing they said, oh insurance will cover don’t worry, then proceed to charge insurance (& therefore me) $250 ??? DO NOT GO HERE. I highly recommend you use another practice in Fort Worth!!!
We had an amazing new patient experience with Michelle, PA this morning. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming and of course the building is beautiful inside and out as described in other reviews. What was a real positive impact was that we've seen multiple other (pediatric) providers and other than referring us out to another provider, we haven't really found anybody who would actually do anything about the growth on our 9 yr old's toe. We were pleasantly surprised when our PA was able to diagnose and perform a small procedure in the office on that same day. Although our 9 yr old who is deathly afraid of anything sharp cried and screamed (I'm so sorry to anyone that was there this morning!) the clinical staff remained calm, reassuring and very professional. We are very thankful for each and every person who assisted us today; no matter how big or small of an encounter we had, you made a difference!
I have never experienced such care and compassion at a doctor's office. They are so determined to help and I will be forever grateful for them. Literally angels on earth. All of them.
Kimbell is amazing! II can’t say enough good things about her and my experience.. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt genuinely cared for, not just as a patient, but as a person. Kimbell combines unmatched expertise with a warm, reassuring bedside manner that instantly puts you at ease. If you’re looking for a dermatologist who’s not only highly skilled but also truly compassionate, Kimbell is the one. I recommend her without hesitation to anyone who wants excellent care with a personal touch.
These people are cowards and have horrible business practices. I had been coming here for over a year and never had any issues until my visit on 5/5/25. During my visit, I requested the removal of skin tags which I have had done before. PA kimball said she wanted to have a couple sent off for testing. Didn’t mention that I may have to pay more for the removal since it was a removal for “biopsy purposes”. Only difference was they put a couple of the skin tags in containers and discarded the others. When I went to check out, they wanted to charge me 200 dollars for putting my skin tags in containers. Obviously I was caught off guard about this and questioned the check out receptionist who then got a manager. Mind you, I do not like confrontation but I’ve been working on standing up for myself. So I brought up that there was an obvious lack of transparency and communication. PA Kimball never came out to talk to me. The manager kept acting as a middle man. He finally comes out and takes off the extra charges so I was left with my normal copay. I say thanks and leave. A few days later, I receive a letter in the mail terminating my physician/patient relationship. They didn’t say a word about doing this when I was there, of course. I finally receive a phone call back from the manager today who told me that their office just “isn’t a good fit” for me. He kept repeating this and that he “understands what I’m saying”. He had nothing to say about the actions of their office and PA Kimball who handled the situation horribly. Nothing to say about why they were cowards and didn’t tell me at the office. Didn’t apologize for their lack of transparency and communication. Only thing I got out of this is that their office will take no push back whatsoever. They can do whatever they want and you better not stand up for yourself, because they will fire you as a patient.
