Fantastic Service. We use Desert IT here in the Cincinnati area. They provide a local in house it guy who can come in and handle the hands-on issues. Their online support is great as well. They are quick to respond and provide solutions. It is a very knowledgeable team.
I just started a new position and have had some issues with my email and headset phone system. Justin at Desert IT is AMAZING!! I no sooner put in a ticket and they are on it!! I receive a call within about 30 seconds and they resolve my issues on the spot!! They are outstanding and extremely efficient!!
