The staff here are incredible! We have had some emergencies pop up with both our pups and they were able to fit them both into the schedule. One emergency happened over the weekend when they were closed, I called and left a voicemail Saturday and they called me back a minute before they opened on Monday. Very attentive and kind towards our babies while providing excellent care!

I can't express how grateful we are for Dr. Roe and the whole team! They gave our boy, Thomas, the best treatment, love, and care. He needed to stay a couple days with them for treatment and the first morning we could tell he was feeling better. In the update photo you could see his eyes light up again. He is back home and back to being a lovey, cuddly baby. I'm so glad they were able to help him and keep him comfortable through the whole process. I wish we found this office sooner, but I'm so happy to have them now. I know we are forever in the best hands.

My initial experience was good. The staff were friendly and the interior was clean. They talked to me about the price of labs and medicine, but did not disclose a $75 exam fee which was a surprise at the counter. My cat was given an oral medicine which I tried to give at home unsuccessfully. I called to request a demonstration on how to give it to her. I had to make another appointment, I couldn't just swing by. It took 10 min and they charged me $42 which they did not discuss ahead of time. The nickel and diming of this practice is unfortunate. After spending over $300 for a checkup they still had to charge me to teach me how to administer a prescribed med. I will be looking for another clinic. The worst part is had they just shown me, I would be a repeat customer which would amount to future business, but they opted for the surprise, unnecessary $40 today and lost a customer.
