Amazing job! Very thorough! I threw up in the car and couldn’t get the smell out. He came out next day and not only got rid of the smell but also got years old stains out that I couldn’t. Highly recommend.
I had an incident sunday evening and needed a detail immediately, i called 6 different people before calling Trimel. He arrived within a reasonable amount of time and was able to get me taken care of on a very short notice! Pricing is very reasonable and he does an outstanding job!! He was very friendly, i would recommend him to all friends and family!
Words cannot express the level of professionalism and attention to detail that he had when providing service. We contacted him with a mold remediation and he made sure to be as thorough and up front as possible to guarantee a great restoration of our 2003 F-150, that had not been serviced in years. This truck has sentimental value to our family. His level of service and care ensured we could continue to retain and enjoy this very important piece of our family. Lastly, It’s been about a month since the initial service and there is no signs of the mold returning. He definitely has a return customer on standby. Update: Removing one star because I was promised a free detail upon making this review but I have reached out multiple times since then and no one has returned my request to make good on that promise. Really hate that I had to update this review. His initial service was great but I am big on following through with your word and unfortunately he hasn’t.
5/5 He did an amazing job! Our vehicles have not had a deep cleaning in over 6 years. Our vehicles look brand new!! He paid very close attention to detail. Made the appointment and he came out the next day. Would recommend to anyone needing a detailed detail!
I had an excellent experience with this company today. My fiancé’s car needed her car detailed so I contacted this company a few days ago and was very pleased with the service from start to finish. More specifically, Mel did a great job and is a very professional and hard working person who showed up to our house for the car detailing service. He was communicative and showed up on time and within a few hours, my finances car looked like it was brand new after years of not being cleaned. Great job Mel! Will be using this company again for any future needs for sure!
