The worst customer service ever. My daughter want ice cream and this bakery is walking distance with the store we went in to. The waiter was just busy tidy up things and ignore us. I have to get her attention to make her come and help us. And she is rudely advised with long face that we need to wait her finish whatever she is doing. After wait 10 minutes she showed up from the back and make the ice cream cup. Then our turn to pay at cashier , the same waiter in charge at the cashier and rudely mumbling herself when I asked her to let me pay with tap phone and when I asked her to bag all the bake goods that i bought. She use same rude intonation with long and angry face “ please wait’ . I don’t think I will be back soon , we can go somewhere else to get the life cream n bake goods.

I ordered a cake online from Dewey’s Bakery for my business anniversary celebration. I chose the “Basic Cake – No Decoration” option with simple black writing to keep it modern and classic. When my husband picked it up, I was surprised to see black dots piped around the top and bottom borders, which made it look more like a child’s birthday cake than a professional business cake. I called the store that evening to explain the issue and asked if a new cake could be ready the next morning since my event started at 8:00 AM. I was told no manager was available but someone would reach out Monday — which wasn’t acceptable given the time sensitivity. I was expecting a manager to call me back that night, but no one ever did. I called again and still never received a follow-up. My event came and went, and I was left with a cake that didn’t reflect my order or my brand. Unfortunately, attention to detail and customer service both missed the mark here. Buyers should be aware when selecting a bakery for an important occasion.

Located in Friendly Town Center, was a pleasant break from Shopping nearby. They had a large assortment of baked goods and ice cream. Once a family owned bakery it has now sold out to new owners and everything is made in Winston Salem. We had a lemon bar and a chocolate chip cookie. They have tables and chairs inside to sit and savor.

Walked in completely unsure what was going on. The employees are super nice and helpful. This store ONLY takes cards. The menus have prices clearly listed with lots of selection if you want a Dewzie! This is an ice cream dessert parfait. It's delicious, but I could not finish the classic and wished I'd chosen the mini. They also sell pastries, cookies, cake by the slice, cupcakes and mini pies. There are Dewey items available for purchase along with canned/bottled drinks. Amazing atmosphere, lots of fun, but can only serve probably 30 people at a time. Patiently wait on your treat; I was the only customer and it took about 4 minutes.

This is not the Dewey's Bakery in Winston. This is a delicious sundae/"Dewzy" bar made with the Dewey's bakery cookies and cake with fresh daily made ice cream topped with the signature Moravian sugar cookie. A delightful place for dessert, there are some prepped and frozen ready to go if you'd like as well. I loved the Caramel Turtle Dewzy that I got, so yummy, loved the cake, ice cream, pecans and fudge. Can't wait to try more flavors.
