We recently booked a birthday party for my son here. The venue itself is great and the kids genuinely had a lot of fun, so I do think it’s worth visiting. That said, this review is strictly about our party-booking experience, which unfortunately was very disappointing. We were assigned a party host who was very friendly, but check-in took an extremely long time. She was the only person at the front desk and kept getting interrupted by walk-ins asking questions, which made the process chaotic from the start. The go-kart racing portion was fun for the kids, but once the races ended, there was no coordination or direction from staff. Everyone headed to the party room to wait. The racing portion took about an hour and a half with safety briefings and fitting in other races, so the kids were very hungry and thirsty by the time we arrived. We were told food was coming, but it took about 30 minutes for pizza to arrive — with no drinks, no soda, and only about 10–15 plates and cups for a party of roughly 40 people. I asked the staff member who dropped off the pizza for cups, plates, and drinks, but it took over an hour to receive them. Parents had to purchase water from vending machines, which was incredibly embarrassing during a paid party. I asked to speak with a manager. A woman came over, asked what the issue was, but after that conversation, no additional help arrived. I personally had to leave the party multiple times — to get water, cups and plates, a cake cutter, and finally to get the arcade bracelets for the kids. I was also required to pay the remaining balance during the party before the arcade bracelets were released. Between all of this, I genuinely feel like I missed at least half of my child’s party because I was constantly trying to track down basic necessities. I did not feel supported or helped at all. I don’t believe this was the host’s fault — it was clear she had far too much responsibility for one person — but the overall lack of staffing, coordination, and attention to detail made this the worst party experience I’ve ever had. To add, we were told decorations, plates, cups, and napkins would be provided. The “decorations” consisted of two red plastic tablecloths — just setting expectations for future parents. In the end, the kids enjoyed the arcade and had fun, but no manager followed up with us afterward, and the overall party service experience fell very short of what was promised and paid for.
Our family and the babies had so much fun. This is a true hidden gem, customer service was impressive also to the cashier named Kaya and cook Kurt wow you guys are amazing in overall. It was a busy evening getting food. Other customers were being inpatient and rude to these two workers. In not a moment nor second both of them never lost control nor fought back with the customers. They truly are a definition of top-tier Customer Service. Thank you manger marlai for an amazing staff. Just overall everyone was very kind. We will be back soon to enjoy woth our family and friends.
i came here to celebrate my lil brother's friend Liam's bday, the kids had an awesome time and so did i! i did the trampolines first, very bouncy and fun to jump on, especially when there's music playing, i was able to select a couple of songs on the jukebox by the trampoline area which works with cash or the TouchTunes app, i got a lot of great compliments!! then i had lunch which was a slice of pizza and chicken tenders, i LOVED them!! after lunch, i went to play some games at the arcade, i mostly played guitar hero & some pinball, i still had fun tho! ❤️ my experience Dezerland Park was really great overall, definitely looking forward to come back here again, this place deserves 5 stars!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
When the kids need to jump out their energy, this is the place to go. Adults alcan relax in the longe with a drink while the kids play! Everybody's happy 😁 You can also get some standard food in the cafeteria to hold you over while the kids have fun. Most importantly, the staff really goes out of their way to make the parents comfortable while waiting for the kids.
Fun fun fun!!! We got our tickets from Groupon. Me and My Boyfriend came to Miami for a whole lots of fun for his birthday trip. Although we had to wait for 20 minutes for the cashier to show up and redeem our tickets, which we didn’t like because there’s no where to sit at. After that everything else was good. The prices in person was a bit more than what Groupon offered we got the 5 rides for Karting, that included 1 ski mask. Only had to pay extra for another ski mask, me and my boyfriend shared the rides and we ended up doing 3 rides each both races together (6 rides in total, about 10 minutes each) so that was fun! 🤩 We had so much fun there and were a popular couple who’s just happy to be in each other’s lives so we received some compliments from staffs to other customers there about how nice we were and how cute we were together! I’ll attach some pictures and videos. You should totally go it’s very kids friendly!
