0 STARS!!!!! UNEVEN AND PATCHY GROOMING, GROOMING ON THE EARS WASN'T DONE NAILS NOT TRIMMED Horrribleeee!!!! This was my second and last time bringing my pups here. First time the guy just did a wonderful job with my two small breed dogs. This time it was a completely different story. I called to assure how long they would take in my dogs, lady on the phone answered in spanish which okay no problem I'm bilingual. She said it will take them an hour and a half FOR BOTH DOGS. I did mention to her okay perfect because I needed them done before 2pm. She said no problem it would only take them an hour and a half for both. I arrived around 8:30ish am She seemed upset because my dogs were barking. Yes they bark BECAUSE THEY ARE DOGS that's what they do, to strangers. Im in a wheelchair so they are very protective of me and my children. She started saying in Spanish that they had "muchos nudos y el pelo enredado" obviously to bump up the price She had quoted to be 75 each plus tax. Okay she then said the price would be85 each, okay. I asked her again how long would she take she said 3 hrs now. Twice the time she had said. I called her at noon she says no two more hours. I said nooo I can't pick them up any later because at 2pm I have to be on the road out of garland. She said one hour(would of been 1pm) ended up picking them up really close to 2pm. When I arrived my daughter went to go pay and get the pups (again im in a wheelchair and to not lose time getting off the wheelchair etc. Now the price had increased to $196 from 150 previously quoted. But the worst part is the haircut is patchy and uneven on both my boy and girl puppies, my boy puppy's ears weren't groomed/trimmed, neither their nails and paws area. This was just so upsetting because I didn't mind paying for a well done service for my dogs but this wasnt even close to a alright service.

I used to be such a loyal customer for 3 years, and the gentleman who normally grooms my Aussie always does a phenomenal job. He always knows to trim the back shorter, but not the rest of the hair, and he understands exactly how we like to keep our dog’s long coat. This morning, my husband dropped off our Australian Shepherd, and when it was time to pick him up, I was confused about the price increase. I simply asked if someone could explain what was done. The woman at the front didn’t speak English, so she had another customer translate for her. I was told, “different groomer has different prices,” which should have been explained to my husband or me beforehand. We don’t mind paying more — what we don’t understand is why our dog’s hair was cut much shorter than it should have been. It completely takes away from the natural look of our Australian Shepherd. The regular groomer always understands the assignment and consistently does an amazing job. Instead, I was told that by a woman with glasses “the longer the hair, the more the money.” After today, I will not be returning. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, because this experience did not reflect professionalism or respect, especially for a loyal customer who consistently comes in and pays for quality service.

I booked an appointment easily over text message. My family adopted a new rescue dog that was clearly overdue for a full groom. Our dog came out looking like a new boy (in the best way). They have good pricing and is a local garland business. I will definitely be re-booking with them in the future.

Hadn't ever got my dog groomed. She was nervous at first. But later I found our she was a good dog for her. She was a delight in helping us out with her clipping nails. She bathed her as well. Did an awesome job!!! She smelled great and was sooo happy! Thank you for a great job! I'll come back for sure. Also got me in last minute. Such a sweetie.

I wish I could give them more stars. Each person I spoke with was kind and helpful. When I dropped my dog off there, the guy asked what length hair I wanted for my dog, there was a chart and everything. I have taken my dog to other places and this was the first time I’ve ever seen this. When it was time for pickup, they text me. When I arrived, the gentleman man was petting my dog and she was very calm engaged with him. She looked great. I feel like I was treated well and so was my dog. I would highly recommend.
