Over the years, I have purchased from both Diamond Cellar locations in Columbus, and every experience has been first class. My most recent purchase was a more sought-after sports model watch from the Easton store. The process was exactly what I’ve come to expect from the Diamond Cellar team: professional and personal. I visited the store, tried on a few models I was interested in, and shared exactly what I was looking for. It took a few months, but I eventually got the exact watch I wanted. If you’re after high-demand pieces, be patient — the process and experience make it well worth the wait.
I received the most EXCELLENT customer service at Diamond Cellar at Easton. I came in to have a ring resized and was treated with care and professionalism from start to finish. Dawn and Jeff were knowledgeable, kind, and efficient, and made the entire process easy and comfortable, far exceeding my expectations! My ring fits perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!
I had an outstanding experience at Diamond Cellar purchasing my first Rolex to celebrate the birth of my daughter. Jim made the process fun and got me my top pick way faster than other authorized dealers. We enjoyed the space and experience. The entire team was friendly, helpful, and welcoming each time we visited, and my wife enjoyed exploring their beautiful jewelry selection. As promised, Jim even made it into the baby book. A truly memorable and five star experience all around.
Mary and the people at the Diamond Cellar did a fantastic job! From the start Mary made my fiance and I feel comfortable and welcome while we designed an engagement ring. The ring we wanted had small leaves on the top with a braid down the band, and Mary walked us through the process, explained how some ideas might not be structurally sound long term and helped us find alternatives that worked for us, helping us make a ring that was perfect. They even sent us a link to a 3d model that we could look at online and then were able to print a wax replica so my fiance could try the ring on to check fit and size. The whole process was easy and straightforward, and the price was very reasonable. Having never done something like this before, what I thought might be extremely complicated and might break the bank turned into a fun experience. If/when we do something like this again we will definitely come back.
I had the best buying experience with Mary Coolbacher! Unfortunately, my original engagement ring had been stolen many years ago. I didn’t feel the need to replace my ring until recently. My daughter (who also had wonderful service with Mary) recommended her. She was absolutely a treasure to work with. She helped me with my choices and kept me informed of the status of my order. In addition to being so sweet, she made the whole process easy. I would highly recommend Mary and would certainly work with her again. Thank you, Mary!
