Mike has made our whole experience so memorable and enjoyable. It all started with a private date night where he helped my fiancé find exactly what she liked. He is very knowledgeable and helped me understand all of the ins and outs of buying an engagement ring. Even after buying the ring he has been there to answer any questions we’ve had.
Can’t say enough positive things about Mike and the buying experience. Found Mike @ The Diamond Room on Reddit (found many comments mentioning his great work), while researching best places to get a custom engagement ring. From the first point of contact, you could tell he’s been doing this for years and provided guidance on how to buy. I had a custom ring designed and delivered in ~ 3-4 weeks and it was everything I dreamed. I’m happy to report “she said yes!” and is in LOVE with her ring.
Mike was awesome, he had the time and patience to meet with me several times until we chose the perfect stone and he helped me design the ring. He did the impossible by delivering the ring in 1 week just in time for my anniversary which is highly unusual for a custom made ring. He made the whole process easy and painless. Pricing was better than anyone and I definitely shopped around. I highly recommend the Diamond Room of Dallas and will definitely be back. I give him 6 out of 5 stars.
