We had such an amazing experience at Diamonds Direct, all thanks to Allison. This was the very first place my fiancé, Raul and I visited when starting the ring shopping process, and from the beginning, Allison made everything feel so easy and exciting!!! I instantly loved the experience, but knowing myself, I wanted to shop around before making a final decision. After visiting two other stores, I realized nothing compared—neither the selection nor the customer service. We ended up going right back to Allison, and I’m so glad we did. She helped us finalize my absolute dream ring and made the entire process feel special and stress-free. Later on, Raul returned to purchase the ring with her, and she was just as helpful and wonderful throughout that process as well. Jared helped me with my watch and my Wife’s diamond ring sets, he’s a very nice and charming person , come to find out he was having a new born. We have become friends and if I ever need anything I will be sure to go through him, we are pleased with our time there and we get treated with royalty when we walk in. I had the absolute best experience at diamonds direct. Highly recommend asking for Jared or Sadee🤍 I worked w Jared the first day & got ideas of what I actually liked for a wedding band. He knew I was just shopping around & not looking to purchase that day. He ended up informing me of a HUGE sale coming up that saved us hundreds of dollars. We went back during the sale & worked w Sadee who help me design a unique ring stack & pair of earring for myself & fiancé! Everything was absolutely stunning. Thanks so much! We love it here!
