Jeff was amazing! We came in with no appointment, and were helped within minutes. We were able to browse ourselves first, and then we are allowed to try and on as many rings as we liked. Kim took extensive time to design the ring with me based on my fiancee's preferences, provided helpful explanations of diamond specs with which I was largely unfamiliar, and went above and beyond to find a beautiful diamond that was within my budget. Kim kept me in the loop on everything that was happening and checked with me every step of the way to make sure I was satisfied with the stones and setting, down to the finest details.
