I had a great experience with the whole team! Carlos and Luis got the dent and broken taillight in my car fixed in just a few days. They gave me an extremely fair price and were super professional the whole time I worked with them. It looks like nothing ever happened! I hope to never need this kind of repair again, but if I do I will definitely go back to Dick’s Auto Body.
I spoke initially with Luis and subsequently confirmed with Carlos - both were honest, forthright and knowledgeable. Body work required challenging paint match and surface prep. The work looks great- on budget, on time and great communication. I’m very happy with the result & the car looks nearly new. Thanks! The yard is off the street with limited parking, but only a short walk to the bus and metro red line.
Dick’s Autobody fixed my front left bumper that someone hit. Carlos and his team were great to work with; i did not have to wait long for my car to be repaired and the results exceeded my expectations. Their prices are very reasonable for top notch service. Dick’s autobody is also a great location for anyone in Northeast DC; directly off the red line and a 5 min walk from the Brookland metro stop.
I can’t recommend Carlos and his team enough! They did an excellent job fixing my car & making it look good as new. They were also very communicative, friendly & got everything done efficiently. Pricing is fair & clear. Would recommend using Dick’s Auto Body to anyone!!
