Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, you feel very comfortable with everyone.
I’ve been with Dignity Health PT at several locations and always had great experiences with my therapists — until this one. Unfortunately, this location was disappointing. The therapists seemed more focused on their computers than their patients. I don’t spend my time and money just to have someone collect insurance payments and barely pay attention. Patients shouldn’t be left to figure out exercises on their own. Overall, I would not recommend this location. Look for a clinic where the staff truly focuses on you, not your insurance.
I had a pretty bad knee injury after a car accident. This place fixed it and now it's all better!
Always look forward to going to my appointments. Friendly professional staff. Everything is always explained about my therapy and goals are well planned.
