Highly recommend this company! Employees were on time. Wired in a new 20amp for our microwave. They needed to cut the wall. They then placed the cut wallboard back, securely, we just needed to tape and repaint. They were very clean. Cleaning up any dust or mess they created. I was VERY impressed! Sweet, sweet dispositions. Asher is a great communicator and easy to work with. It was a big job yet they only charged a little over $500. Excellent deal.
I got an estimate and made an appointment with them, went home during the work day to wait for them, they never showed up. Next day they apologized, rescheduled for the following week, and again never showed up. I called and e-mailed midway through the second appointment window asking if anyone was coming this time either, no answer and they haven’t responded since. Do not waste your time with this company.
I've used Direct Electric in the past to have several ceiling fans installed and was very pleased with their work, so I decided to call Direct Electric again to install another ceiling fan and have them put an electric outlet next to my toilet in preparation to install my very first ToTo toilet. As with the last time, Kuuipo was very efficient, kind and timely in getting me an appointment date and time for the service. Kuuipo is so pleasant to work with as she is a true professional and very nice. James arrived promptly for my appointment. I love working with James, as he is also such a professional.....neat, meticulous and just a nice guy. He installed my fan efficiently, but I was very impressed that he brought a drop cloth and cleaned up after himself too. While installing my new fan, he noticed that the fan that Direct Electric previously installed was wobbling and making ticking sounds. I was going to call the company back since it was driving me nuts, but never got around to it. James went ahead and tightened ALL of the screws, adjusted the blades and wires and "voila". No wobbling or ticking sounds! He said that it would be "no charge" since it was done by Direct Electric before. This company is very fair and services their clients very well. Unfortunately, since James spent so much time adjusting my wobbling fan with the ticking sounds, he ran out of time to install my electric outlet in the bathroom for my ToTo toilet, so James is coming back later this week to finish the job. Of course, I had to call Kuuipo to schedule the appointment. She was so kind and efficiently booked James to return on my day off. BTW.....James even disposed of the box, foam and wires that came with the fan when he left. Who does that these days? Direct Electric are now my "forever" Electricians!
I had a heck of a head scratcher of an issue with my outlets, ADAM, came out within a short time after my initial call, and was able to trouble shoot the issue and have the repair complete within a rather shirt time considering the complexity of the issue. I will not hesitate to call direct electric again should the need arise.
