Cory was amazing. I did not feel pushed to buy anything at all. Actually, I take that back. I felt pushed to buy something because of how un-pushy he was.. Phenomenal place I will 100% be back.
I spent $2,440 establishing a 1 person household. Very professional and helpful! The one point of caution is when stating mattresses are exchangeable and really for disc furniture their NOT. Exchange yes, return NO. if you want to exchange between soft and firm, you have to state ur case. Which a person shouldn't have to. If you exchange, then you DO. I HAD A GREAT experience with them, just take caution in mattress purchases. I'd buy again. Make sure on a mattress you know what works best for you!
We recently bought a couch and dining table from here. In total we visited 7 furniture places before this one, and until this one we were thoroughly unimpressed with the sofa selections (and prices!) but, luckily we came here! They had a very large selection of sofas that we had not seen elsewhere, and at least the one we bought was for a good price too! Delivery was quick (we paid Friday and received everything the following Monday) and they put everything together for us. This is definitely going to be our first stop the next time we shop for furniture instead of our 8th
We got new living room and bedroom furnature here. Our sales person was kind, didnt crowd us but was also easily findable for any questions we might have had. On the day before delivery they called with a time frame and then 10 min before arrival they called as well to let me know. I was surprised that the same sales person was also delivering our furniture and setting it up. They were fast, and didnt mind at all when I needed the couch and loveseat spots swapped. They also cleaned up anything they left behind. 10/10 service! Id give more stars if i could
I had a great experience at Discount Furniture & Mattress Outlet today. I went in looking for a quality mattress and box spring that wouldn’t break the bank, and that’s exactly what I got. They had the set in stock at an affordable price. The sales person listened and had me in and out in 20 minutes. Before I got there I stopped at 4 of the competitors in the area with no success. Thanks for everything DFMO!!
