Absolute scumbags,that driver your car over speed bumps,when you have a blow out. They needed to take the rim off in the parking lot.The car was towed in,not driven in! The garage door was 20-30 feet away,but theyre to lazy to bring out a jack. Then the dude driving my car thinks he can roll down my windows ,that are iced shut,and he did damage to my tint.Its hard to see,but the tint is peeling up,and off,because it was iced shut.But the driver dows not need to be treating my car,like its his, and he had no business rolling down my front AND back windows for any reason! Horrible experience! Updated: I talked to James the store Mgr today,and he made me feel better.I I gave them 3 stars instead of 1.Id say if you have a problem,ask for him.
I've generally had good service in the past, but taking away 2 stars for my most recent experience. I had an appointment for a tire rotation and arrived 5 minutes before my appointment. I proceeded to wait in line for about 20 minutes without being spoken to. At that point, I was able to flag down an employee walking by and asked how long it would be. I was told they could get me in next, but it could take an hour to complete the service. I had to leave. When I asked what I should have done to be seen at my appointment time, I was told that there was a desk off to the side labeled appointments. Apparently the line I was standing in was for walk-ins, but I did not see that clearly marked. I did see the desk labeled appointment with a marker, but I was confused because there was no one standing behind it and no line in front of it. I think the process for appointmentals could be more clearly communicated. The signage could be more clear and the desk could look more official. Perhaps if it were on the main line of desks with a printed sign above it and another sign calling out a separate line for walk-ins. Periodically checking for any appointments might also be good.
I had an excellent experience!! I came in for a patch job after finding a nail in my tire, and from the moment I walked in I was greeted with a friendly and welcoming staff member who quickly helped me check in. I barely had time to sit down before another employee was already ready to take a look at my car, he also was fantastic. I gave him my keys, and he gave me an estimated completion time. To my amazement, the job was finished in a fraction of the time they quoted. When I returned to pick up my car, I was handed my keys and he said, it's all taken care of!...Discount tires just patched my tire for free!, I was so greatful for this. The patch job was done perfectly, the service was fast and professional, and every interaction was extremely pleasant. Discount Tire in Saint Paul has absolutely earned a new loyal customer. Highly recommend!
Great service from them all,I had a nail in one of my tires. They will patch that for Free, they also looked at my other tires and I had a slow leaking valve stem they fixed for Free. They did a great job and I'll be back to buy some tires soon,so I'm driving safely.
Great service. Great repair and replacement work. I'm happy with my new wheels. Definitely coming back when my tires tread goes out. I was in and out quicker than my initial wait time. Highly recommend.
