We have been going to this Tire Discount for years. I must say their customer service is exceptional. I interacted with 3 different team members and all of them had great customer service. Randel helped me today with two tires with holes and they patched it up no problem. He was great! Thank you!
IT SHOUDL BE KNOWN that i sch an appt for tires but had to cx it due to my car needing repairs, i cx my appt with discount BUT that did not cx the order for tires. no im negative in my acct because the funds are on HOLD FOR A CX APPT! that makes absolutely no sense! Yet another reason not to give discount my business.

To all the moms who have sons working at this location I say BRAVO to all of you for raising wonderful young men. The staff at this location is beyond customer service. And even better than family. I must say they treated me like I was their mom. They are caring, polite and patient. Just sitting here waiting for my car I hear and see their interaction with the customer and the are doing everything right. They all deserve a raise or employee celebration dinner. Quick and friendly service. I've been coming to this location for about 10 years, and they always deliver. I've had two vehicles during that time, and I always feel confident that my cars' tires are taken care of. I wish other businesses would operate the way Discount Tire does. Great job, guys!
