Purchased tires at Discount Tire and it was time for the first rotation. Had an appointment and it was quick and easy. They checked my wiper blades, which were fine, and told me everything else looked good and to call in 5,000 miles.

Had one flat that needed repaired. When I got there with the tire they showed me where the belt had slipped and was protruding through the rubber, this is a safety issue. They found me a good tire at a fair price, helped me get the repair and got me going. The free flat repair is also a great service. Will definitely be coming back and recommending them to every one I know.

Service was very poor. I dropped my car off the night before my appointment to mount and balance 4 new tires. I told them to check the alignment and call me with the results before performing the alignment. Late afternoon of the day of the appointment I still had not received any call, I called and asked what the status of my car was, they said "It has been finished since 10am". I asked if they performed the alignment and they said yes, I let go of the fact they didn't call me before doing it because I figured it probably needed it. When I went in to pick my car up, they asked for payment and didn't mention anything about the alignment - I asked for the spec sheet and saw that the technician made a note on it saying, "only performed front end alignment as the eccentric bolts are rusted". I mentioned that I had been under the car literally the day before while doing my brakes and they were most definitely not rusty. He then had the gall to say "If you can break them lose you can bring it back" - completely oblivious to the fact that I paid them to do the work, and I didn't pay them for me to do the work for them. Then he proceeded to charge me for a full alignment even though they only did the front end. I understand the hesitancy with breaking bolts, but they never communicated this with me. If I would have not asked for the spec sheet they would have never even told me that the rear was still way out of alignment and they did half of what I paid them for. Overall, my experience was that they have terrible communication and that they would have taken advantage of anyone who didn't know better than to ask for the alignment spec sheet and even if you would have asked for the spec sheet like me they would still charge you for work they didn't do. I HIGHLY recommend you take your vehicle elsewhere, especially if you do not know the right questions to ask.

I stopped in to have my tire replaced, and I was really impressed. The staff got me taken care of fast, replacing my tire quickly (it took about an hour). On top of that, they took care of a second tire replacement, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was courteous and professional, and the whole experience was easy and stress free. If you’re looking for a place that gets the job done right and goes above and beyond, this is it.

I purchased Michelin tires online and made an appointment for installation. When I showed up I was worried it was going to take forever because this place was packed! However, to my surprise, I was back on the road in 45 minutes with 4 new shoes! Great staff here as well. Flawless process, thank you Discount Tire!
