Had a flat tire and Needed my first tire rotation/balance. I went online and made an appointment which took 3 minutes. Showed up 20 minutes early expecting to wait but they got me in on time and out quickly. Really impressed with Emanuel And Nick’s professionalism. Best of all, the entire service was FREE! I bought a few sets of tires from DT in the past at different locations in North Richland Hills and Southlake with similarly good experiences! Service like this is Soooo refreshing!
Zak had excellent customer service. He was kind and he actually listened My tires were installed rather quickly. I highly recommend this store for tire replacements. They have a wide selection too.
I have been coming to the Arlington, Texas location of Discount Tire for many years. I am always amazed at the customer service I receive from the guys there. I bought a set of new tires a few months ago and I forgot to ask them to reset the automatic tire pressure setting. So, it took me a few months to get back by there. When I walked in today, I was greeted by Emanuel. He took my car to the back and was able to get them reset in a matter of minutes. He said that he had just learned that I could have reset it myself and showed me how to do it the next time I need to do it. He was also very knowledgeable about all of the bells and whistles of my car and showed me a few other things. The fact that he took the time to show me how to do these things and was very polite while doing it, goes a long way with me. He seemed to care about me as a customer and wanted to make sure I had everything I needed before he let me drive off. He did all of this and I wasn't even buying anything today. I think customer service skills like that are rare these days and he should be recognized by his managers and coworkers. Great Job Emanuel!!
eman was great and the men that put on my 4 new tires were great! travis did my alighnment and he was great!!!! i had another great experience i have health issues and they catered to my needs...i have been using discount for over 25 even when i lived in colorado 11 years ago...you cant go wrong with this location!
I love discount tire been coming here with my dad since i could drive, but my experience at this one has been terrible. So last Saturday 11/8/25 i came when the store opened at 8 to get my tire fixed or whatever needed to be done. I needed a new rim which was fine i ordered the Rim Saturday well at least i thought i did. They tell me it will be here Thursday i wait make arrangements for everything Wednesday come around i go to check they say they haven’t got the rim yet okay cool it’s not Thursday so all day Thursday i wait around no call i go up there they say still no rim in so Friday i wait around all day again still no call so i go up there again instead of telling me they messed up and didn’t order it they said sometimes the factory takes 7-10 days I’m wondering why they didn’t say that before so i could make arrangements. So bring another rim for them to put on Friday but it was late so i waited till this morning when i get here the dude says sorry mane idk what happened i thought we ordered it Saturday so a whole week I’ve been haven’t to figure things out thinking till Thursday whole time they don’t even rim ordered I’m not made just frustrated cause Ik it’s a big company but nobody saw this slip thru the crack cool but the acting like nothings wrong is not cool i understand im just one customer but damm i don’t matter
