USE DISH. USE DISH. USE DISH. We cannot recommend Dish highly enough, specifically the service Alexa and Evalyn provided while planning our wedding. They were true partners and cheerleaders throughout a year-long process, helping us think through and execute every detail. We’re huge foodies, and Alexa and the team absolutely rose to the challenge, helping us design, test, and perfect a fully custom menu. They incorporated thoughtful touches from both my partner’s and my background, resulting in a menu we were genuinely proud of and one our guests are still talking about. From Beef Wellington and mini lobster rolls to sticky toffee puddings, apple pies, and espresso martinis on the dance floor, Dish got it right and made it all happen seamlessly. Beyond the food, the support with rentals and design choices for our venue (74 Wythe, also amazing) was invaluable. Alexa was always there to talk through our ideas honestly and help us understand what would work and what wouldn’t. When planning a wedding, you need a partner who tells it like it is, and Alexa did exactly that. For that alone, aside from everything else, we’re incredibly grateful. The staff’s energy on the day was fantastic, dancing with our parents, leaning into the vibe of the event, and making it feel truly special. It was also worth every penny to have a Dish day-of coordinator, and we are immensely thankful for that support. We walked into our wedding day feeling completely covered by Alexa and Dish, and we walked home afterward humbled by the care and dedication they put into making it even more special than we ever imagined. As a final and delicious touch, we even went home with a goodie bag of leftovers from our menu, an unexpected and much appreciated surprise.

Evalyn and her team were phenomenal from the moment we sat down for the tasting. The food was amazing, their ideas and execution were even better. What really shocked us was how seamlessly they worked with all our other vendors, to make sure everything was perfect throughout our reception. Wish we could give more than 5 stars!

Their attention to detail and exquisite menu execution are consistently top-tier. Dish really is the team you want on wedding day. Not only is their food tasty, but the service and love poured into their events is like no other. We recently had the pleasure of working together and we experienced a glitch w/ the freight elevator at our venue. The Dish team pivoted fast and were able to make it happen. They truly are a team that loves what they do. Thank you Evalyn, Alexa, Cameron & Julian for making the day easier, for being so flexible and being solutions oriented. You all made our work a little easier!

Dish is the BEST! We had the absolute pleasure of having Dish cater our wedding upstate at Arrow Park. The food was absolutely UNREAL and our guests left saying it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding! The staff was so lovely and warm, and they really listened and executed the menu we were wanting. Michael and Juliana were so helpful and easy to work with leading up to and on the day. I would use them again and again!!
