DJO Home Cleaning always does a great job. The team is reliable, thorough, and leaves my home looking fresh every time. I appreciate their attention to detail and consistency.
I called to schedule a first cleaning and use their services..they said I had to first have a deep cleaning which was fine with me. I signed up and completed the intake process and provided a deposit. Cleaning was set for the upcoming Saturday. I prepared the house for them ( put out the new sheets etc) They never showed up or called Saturday. I called and texted them but the office was closed . I finally got a call back that they lost track of time and would not be able to come. We reset for the upcoming week....they called at the time they were supposed to arrive for the reset and said they were four hours behind and would not be able to begin cleaning until 7 or 8 pm. They either are trying to take on more than they can handle/have poor technology in place to track their people and notify clients or poor management. in any case I cancelled and they refunded my deposit but it was highly frustrating and took me another week to hire another company and have them come out. But two no shows for a new client- consider carefully if you are going to hire them
They did an amazing job! My home looks spotless and feels so fresh. They were thorough, friendly, and really paid attention to detail. Highly recommend it to anyone needing reliable, quality cleaning!
DJO Cleaning is by far the best cleaning company I have hired for cleaning across the different properties and states I’ve lived in. Their communications were quick and professional, pricing was pretty fair, and the quality of work and the photographs they provided me after cleaning as well as checking with me in real time regarding if items in the house needed to be thrown out or not via text (since I could not be at home during the service) by far make this my company of choice for cleanings moving forward. I have not found a company with the combination of better communication and good services and highly recommend them for anyone’s needs as I plan on using them again!
