The team arrived exactly on time, handled all of our belongings with real care, and worked nonstop without ever slowing down. We moved on October 17 and we had a really great experience. Our movers were Sean Edgar Jeisson they were absolute beasts; so efficient and strong I could not believe how easy it looked for them. They were so nice and curteous and very attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this company. It was amazing in all aspects. 10/10
Moving with Le Clan Panneton has been the worst experience I have had dealing with a company. First, the moving crew was rude, showed up late and spent 30 minutes trying to park their truck in our driveway. In the process they tried taking shortcuts and bent our fence. When confronted the movers said: "Deal with the company". Beyond the property damage, the movers damaged our furniture. At the end, they tried to charge us for the 30 minutes they spent parking the truck and damaging our property. Its been two months since the move and the damage to the fence has not been repaired and I have to send weekly emails chasing their claims department. Save your time and money and choose another company. The dishonesty and reluctance to care for their customers is shocking.

I am extremely upset. After countless family and friends recommending these guys, i canceled with the first company to use these guys and WHAT A MISTAKE. Initially, everything seemed okay, guys arrived on time and started grabbing stuff. However, one of the movers began incessantly complaining about his coworker, which eventually led to them kicking him out. That same worker complained the ENTIRE time, in which at one point i offered to cancel the move on the spot! My new patio set, valued at over $5,000 and barely used, was crazy mishandled during the move!! banged up all the way down the stairs. ALSO, it was raining and no protective carpeting was used at my condo. Upon arrival at the second location, they mishandled the patio again by placing it face down on the concrete and dragging it around causing extremely huge scratches all across on all five pieces. When I called the director, Carl, several times weeks prior to moving i informed him about a large and heavy crystal cabinet before the move at the third location, he was rude and dismissive, repeatedly assuring me there would be no problem. BUT, when we got there, the movers immediately demanded an extra charge. Additionally, they had considerable difficulty moving a 30-inch fridge downstairs, even after we removed the rails and had the previous owners already move another 30-inch fridge out of the basement. In their second attempt, they severely damaged the stairs and the floor(video attached) I was even trying to help since the third guy was texting in the garage and i ended up getting punched in the head. They didn’t even remove the doors of the fridge, causing so much damage that I eventually asked them to stop and leave it upstairs. Moreover, my partner’s 80 year old grandmother’s painting on the wall was torn by a piece of furniture they mishandled, and they scratched up the entry door frame too. There is now a dent in the stairwell ceiling as well.(in the video) Aside from the driver being very nice, this experience has been a nightmare. I would avoid these guys like the plague, whatever they once were are clearly no longer the case. 15 hours of moving and I am at a loss as to how you will compensate me for the damages. I paid 3600$! AND the one guy complaining kept asking for a BIG tip because it was such a big job apparently. I tipped 225$(i regret all of it) Such substantial damage. We’ll see how they handle the claim and maybe i’ll edit my review afterwards.
