In person doc mo is super kind and caring and takes his time every time I’ve gone, my expeciernce has Ben great everytime I’ve gone but I will never go again after my last experience on the phone with the staff, it was near closing when I called which I know is not ideal however the response I got which was to go to an emergency vet which was not necessary I found out after calling another vet and monitoring my cat. The lady answering refused to listen to anything about my cats symptoms and offering advice instead she told me to just go to the most extreme, I had come with my cats plenty of times but I will never come back. I know the doc and most of the staff are great but being dismissive and refusing to listen to anyone with a worry makes me not want to return

This is such a horrible place yes it is cheaper but you get what you pay for and the service is horrible I have been waiting for over 4 hrs now and people jumped in front of the line and the issue was brought up and the doctors wife just started yelling and saying we will take care of you but then still took in the 2 people that jumped in line in front of me she and the staff did nothing to fix said situation and I will not be coming back extremely unprofessional and an unexplainable amount of time just waiting to be seen. While I write this I am still waiting 4hrs plus waiting just the sheer amount of unprofessional behavior save yourself the time and effort take your pet somewhere else.

We had an awesome experience here. The Doctor really does care for each and every pet that comes through the doors. He loves what he does and it shows. Was lied too. Doctor himself told me he would fix my cats for $160 each and i called to book an appointment and they said no we dont do that lol what a joke
