We switched to Dogs R Us a few months ago and it has been the best decision! They take such good care of our puppy and have helped us out last minute several times, even doing an overnight stay at our home with short notice. Our puppy loves her walker and we are super happy too. They are so nice and accommodating and upfront about things! We also really appreciate the consistency - it’s always the same person caring for our dog. It feels like another family member is taking care of her. Definitely recommend!

The Dogs R Us team is amazing - they have been walking our puppy for several months and it has been such a great experience! We and our puppy love them, they’ve helped him learn to walk better, and give great updates on how the walk went. Highly recommend and very thankful to have them as our dog walkers!

This South End sammy would give 10 stars if he could. Brad and the team at Dogs R Us have been absolutely wonderful from the very start. I moved to the South End with Telly, my 11 year old Samoyed, several months ago and knew I needed to begin my search for a dog walker/sitter in the city. I came across Dogs R Us online and could not believe the reviews I was reading. Needless to say, they certainly live up to those great reviews and more. Brad, the owner, is not only professional but very responsive and reliable when planning walks or overnight stays. Vanessa, Telly’s walker, is one of the most compassionate dog lovers I have ever met. Sometimes, I think Telly is happier to see Vanessa walk in the door than me. I highly recommend Dogs R Us to my fellow neighbors for both walking and boarding as your fur baby will be in good hands.

We love DogsRUs and give them our highest recommendation. We regularly sign up for walks and have been so grateful to have our black lab puppy in their care. We find them responsible, accommodating and most important really focused on the well-being of our dog Maisie. Having Brad and Jessie involved gives me tremendous peace of mind - I know that Maisie is happy and safe.

Oh, Penny just loves her dog walkers, and we do too! From our first meeting with Brad, where our normally aloof Rhodesian Ridgeback typically gives the cold shoulder to stranger humans, Penny recognized the care and affection in Brad and "investigated" him almost immediately. Brad was very clear about the process of getting Penny set up for walks, accommodated our schedule well and made suggestions, and best of all, Penny got a holiday weekend with Brad when we were unable to take her along on ours! Brad and Jesse are always on time, completely reliable and trustworthy and COMMUNICATE very well, which is so important. Also, Penny is a big dog and needs to do some time off leash, and Brad and Jesse were able to work with us on a good plan for her to be able to do that as well as to have some playtime with other dog buddies periodically, which is so important, especially for a large breed who likes to play...with giant, strong paws...
