I couldn’t be more thrilled with our experience at Dogtopia. From the moment we walked in, the team was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the space itself was spotless—honestly one of the cleanest dog facilities I’ve ever seen. What really impressed me was their thorough vetting process for new dogs. It gave me so much confidence knowing that Ricky would be playing with well‑matched, well‑screened pups in a safe environment. Ricky also got the spa service, and WOW. He came out looking—and smelling—like a brand new dog! His coat was beautifully clean and fluffy, and they even managed to trim his notoriously difficult black nails perfectly. I was genuinely impressed. Ricky loved his time there, and so did I. The location is also super accessible, which makes drop-off and pick-up a breeze. And I have to give a special shoutout to Ian and Sophie, the lovely owners—they clearly care deeply about the dogs and their humans. They sent Ricky home with a report card and update on the friend he made. They also do fun events like "bubbles day" and pics with Santa. We’ll absolutely be back!
The daycare area is clean and I appreciate the soft flooring for the safety of the dogs. The staff seem to genuinely care for the dogs. Dogtopia has fun events throughout each month to keep the dogs entertained like bubble parties, pool days, and photo days. We've received so many amazing pictures of our dog since he's been there. The staff also took the time to get to know my dog and all of his wonderful quirks. I feel they truly understand him and he is in the best hands when he is there. The fact that he excitedly barks when we're within a mile of Dogtopia and runs to the door when we get there shows me how much he loves it there, too.
I had such an amazing experience with Dogtopia on University! I had a last-minute need for boarding for our two girls, Billie and Lucy, and they got us in the very next day for their evaluation. They took the time to make sure our pups were a good fit- both for their own safety and for the dogs already there for daycare and boarding, which I really appreciated. One of the owners, Sophie is incredibly kind and approachable, she could tell I was anxious about leaving my pups and even took me on a personal tour to help ease my mind. The staff was equally wonderful, so kind, caring, and genuinely affectionate with Billie and Lucy. I also added a nail trim while they were there, and Lucy’s nails have never looked better! When we picked them up, both dogs were happy, relaxed, and completely tuckered out from all the play and attention. I’m so grateful to have found Dogtopia on University and feel confident saying your pups will be in excellent hands here! 🐾
Such kind staff, always welcoming to my dog Ginger and accommodating to my schedule. Ginger is beyond excited every time we come in for daycare and never wants to leave. She’s completely tired when we get home too. I also really appreciate being able to check in on her with the webcams and the photos posted to the instagram account! Of the Dogtopia’s I’ve been to, this one seems to be the cleanest as well. Very happy with them and would definitely recommend if I knew anyone in the area!
My family is currently in the midst of a kitchen remodel. With the in/out of people in my home, I knew my dogs would need a fun and secure place to ‘hang out’ during the day. My oldest dog has been to dog daycare in past-and didn’t love it :/ I came into Dogtopia with a hope he would love it as much as I saw the potential. I can say that my dog has not only tolerated but thrived! While he will never be the ‘happiest’ dog of the pack, he has made some amazing friends-both canine and human alike. I recommend Dogtopia to anyone looking for a fun place for your pup-they truly are amazing here.
