My 10 year old who has never been involved any martial arts recently took his first class at Dojo Omaha. He loved every second of it. The instructors were great, the other kids played a huge role in welcoming him and helping him learn the techniques being taught. As a parent it was everything you would want for a kid new to martial arts. 10/10 would recommend.
If you live in the Omaha area, I absolutely recommend you come train here. I drive all the way down from Sioux City an hour and a half each way for a 1-hour class once a week. And it is absolutely worth it!
An amazing facility (clean, showers in both men's and women's locker room, lots of space) top notch instructors! I have always felt welcomed here, even when I first started and was nervous to be in a room full of dudes! Everyone is chill and supportive of my goals. If you're in the Omaha/Ralston area Dojo Omaha and PSF Omaha are the place to train!

If you're a competitor, Dojo Omaha is home to the Omaha chapter of Pedigo Submission Fighting. This team has been the only place common to all world champions in the city when they made their championship runs. Whether you're just starting out and wanting to compete, or a seasoned competitor, there is only one place that has been the focus point for every successful competitor to ever come out of the area. The classes are well-structured, focusing on both technique and practical application. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to train. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this place offers a fantastic jiu-jitsu experience that fosters growth and camaraderie. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their skills and be part of a fantastic martial arts community.
