After a genuinely traumatising experience with RJ Living that dragged on for almost nine weeks, walking into Domayne felt like a breath of fresh air. I first visited the Springvale store, which wasn’t quite the right fit for me, but then I went to the Domayne QV store and had the most incredible experience. The sales consultant there, I believe her name was Mital was absolutely outstanding. She was warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. Everything was organised within 24 hours, and my outdoor furniture was delivered promptly. I am absolutely in love with it the quality is fantastic and it looks amazing. The service didn’t stop there either. The delivery drivers were unbelievable. So professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. After what I’d been through previously, this level of care and efficiency honestly blew me away. The experience at the Domayne QV store completely restored my faith in good customer service. I’m so impressed and so grateful. Well done, Domayne and a huge thank you to Mital, the delivery drivers and the QV team.
Boris, the furniture manager at Domayne QV, honestly deserves an award. He’s the most genuine, friendly guy who delivers top-tier customer service every single time. He doesn’t just sell furniture . He actually tells you what pieces work together and helps you visualise your whole space. My home is finally coming together bit by bit, and honestly, without his help I’d probably still be stuck with my three-leg chairs. 😂 Thanks, Boris. You’re a legend!
Sandy from Domayne QV Melborune was just amazing ! He was so professional and guide me through the whole process of getting my mattress. I am so happy with the customer service and I highly recommend this shop to buy your mattress. He was so patient with me as I was trying all the mattresses several times !
