I always have a good experience at Donovan’s. Everyone there is so kind (even when my car is having stupid problems and I have to bring it in 3 times in a month) and they even gave me a ride to work! I would highly recommend Donovan’s for their speed and skill taking care of my vehicle and their friendliness.
Car was loosing power so I call Mike to investigate. He didn’t rush and wanted to make sure he knew exactly what the problem was before quoting. They were very professional and fixed everything I requested. Very fair pricing and excellent customer service. I will recommend Donovan’s to everyone I know.
These guys came well recommended so I thought I would give them a shot. These guys know Audi's. They were very personable and professional and their location is very convenient whether you live on the west side or live on the east side... I will definitely be back 🙂
I went to Donavon’s 4N Auto after having a horrible experience at Summoners Auto. This was the 3rd time I had to address the exact same issue. So this time I decided to bring my van to Donavon’s instead. In hopes that we could finally get this issue solved. I explained all this to the gentleman I spoke to on the phone when scheduling the appointment & he assured me that they would be thorough and fix the issue if at all possible. Donavon’s not only fixed the issue, but they absolutely did thoroughly check any potential areas of concern that could have been causing my hose to keep busting. When I got my vehicle back (within 36hrs), I also received a detailed report of my cooling system as well & I felt that their price was fair. Turned out that Summoners was just using cheap patch work solutions this entire time…. I wish I had have just went to Donavon’s to begin with!!! It would have saved me over $700 in labor, parts, & tow bills. After a month of having my vehicle continuously breaking down, and over $1,000 sunk into fixing 2 hoses… it was finally fixed. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else except Donavon’s from now on! Thank you for fixing my car!
I highly recommend Mike at Auto4N! I brought my Mini in for a check engine and tire sensor light and they were able to quickly diagnose and fix the sensor. They called to update me on what they found and confirmed it was ok to go ahead and replace the part. I had my car back the same day at a very reasonable price! I will be a customer as long as I have this car! They are close to downtown and clearly know how to work on Minis! Thank you for a great experience!
