We had never been but stopped in last night. The hosts were pleasant and, while they were on a wait - we decided to sit at the bar. Tessa and Talia couldn't have been more welcoming. They made us feel right at home. Extremely attentive and quick to recommend or help with the menu. The signature drinks were good, our glasses never ran dry. Overall perfect experience, we will recommend and be back - thank you!

Dorsia’s – Milwaukee 🍝✨ Dorsia’s did not disappoint. I tried the pasta flight and it was absolutely the bomb—rich, creamy, and full of flavor. Each pasta had its own personality, perfectly cooked, and the sauces were indulgent without being overwhelming. You can tell everything is made with intention and love. The presentation was beautiful, the portions were generous, and every bite had me wanting more. If you’re a pasta lover, the flight is a must-order. Dorsia’s is definitely a spot I’d return to again and again. Milwaukee, this one’s a gem. 💯

Pesto bruschetta was good, garlic bread had very little trace of garlic it was more cheese bread. Alfredo pasta was very good reminded me of a homemade of Olive Garden version but better. Pizza was okay I would skip the pizza and order pasta next time. Atmosphere was party in the front, then fine dining with low light in the back. I spent more time asking the other waiter to track down my waiter to ask for water refills, and ordering and my receipt had an Automatic service fee of $2.50

I can't say enough good things about the food! The St. Brady pasta was phenomenal. Cooked to perfection and very flavorful. I'd skip the meatball and go right for the delicious burrata bruschetta. To die for! & Don't even get me started on the cheesecake. Absolutely would recommend & I WILL be back! Everything is quality & they elevate the basics, like alfredo. -- Being picky, there are a few things to keep in mind before you dine. The restaurant is small, plan on being shoulder to shoulder for your meal. & Very dark in the evening. If your eyes aren't the best, you may end up reading the menu with your phone flashlight, like me. And the service is really nothing to write home about. If you're looking for a chill vibe, come on a week day. The block is very party forward on the weekend.

Went here for the first time on my birthday! The food was indulgent and delicious. We got the brussel sprouts appetizer and did the pasta flight. The appetizer was fantastic- the brussel sprouts were perfectly crispy and flavorful. For the pasta, the pomodoro and carbonara were the stand outs. The only slightly disappointing food item was the dessert- we got the tiramisu but it ended up being too sweet and bitter. However, this really didn’t impact our time there, as we got it for free for my birthday and probably would’ve skipped dessert anyway if it was a different occasion. Service was great! Our waitress checked on us throughout the dinner and we never waited too long for the food. The atmosphere was very modern artsy and trendy feeling, but it was also pretty dark in there. Overall, we had a great time! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting MKE!
