Very unpleasant and extremely unprofessional. Took several calls and emails over the course of almost 4 weeks to start hearing back from the so called “creative director” Jesus. I spoke to him multiple times by emails and phone and he always reassured me he’d get back to me but he never did. Only until about 3 weeks of attempts, did I finally hear back from them. They are very disorganized and incoherent in the way they handled schedualing my shoot. However, the reason I’m writing this review is to warn people and companies about working with them because about a week before my shoot they abruptly told me they were no long helping me because a “bigger” shoot had come along. Jesus told me that they were now booked for a political commercial. The issue though is that I had been in contact with them first. Buisness is not handled this way anywhere else I have worked. Also keep in mind I was paying to have their services. Most of the reviews on here are also left by people that work at the company posing as customers... 🤔 Jesus also had the audacity to suggest I find people on Facebook to hire.

I've rented wireless lavaliers from DSF Rentals twice now, and each experience has been very easy, simple and streamlined. The fellas at the office are very nice and professional! The invoices are sent digitally, which makes it very simple to pay quickly. When you arrive to pick up the equipment, you'll sign a digital document to ensure that any damages are your responsibility, and you'll also place a payment method on file. Then, when you return your equipment, they'll check to make sure everything is tip-top and still working well. Since the building is on the corner of a busy street, you'll want to park across the street on Magnolia Street for an easy way to get in and out. Avoid parking at the front of the building unless you have a small vehicle.

Great team, very professional and fun to work with. They helped livestream our banquet fundraiser to reach a larger audience online which dramatically increased donations and awareness for our nonprofit. We've had tons of great feedback on how professional and engaging the livestream was. It's hard to keep an online audience engaged and thanks to DoubleScope Films, we had hundreds of people watching and engaged with a 3 hour event! They were very flexible and accommodating to figure out any request and idea I had, and they overcame any unexpected last-minute bumps quickly with total competence. They even had a full backup plan ready for us in case our live event had to be canceled, and also gave me the best quote from several companies I had reached out to. Absolutely recommend and will be using again.
