Was unsure if my 2 non-socialized dogs can handle daycare / boarding. Downtown Doggie helped put my mind at ease and now my dogs go to daycare on a regular basis. The people are great!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff at DTD Indy. We have taken puppy class with both of our doggos, also did a board and train. Very helpful in learning how to help your pup be the best version of themselves! They are also very patient with the dog parents! I’m pretty sure staff might not be convinced that the tracing worked because both of our dogs get so excited when they get to visit their furry and human friends!!! If our dogs are so happy then so are we!

I have been using downtown doggie for the last year for my golden retriever. We have absolutely loved it! Everyone who works there is so kind and the customer service is great. You can tell each person truly loves the pups and know them all by name. She has done boarding, grooming, and doggy daycare. They even have services to pick up and drop off your dog to your home, if your schedule doesn’t allow you to be able to drop your dog off yourself. This was so convenient for me as a healthcare worker. My dog is always so excited to go and worn down in the best way when she comes home. She used to be afraid of getting in the car and I would have to pick her up and place her inside the car to go anywhere. Now, she’s excited and jumps right in and it’s all thanks to DTD. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I took my dog to the board and train program on the recommendation from a friend. The second I met Hanna, I knew I could trust her to train my dog while still giving him lots of positive reinforcement and pets and love him like her own. About halfway through, she sent me an update with pictures that was really helpful being away from my dog for so long. She ended up recommending that he stay a little bit longer, but was so generous to offer those extra a few days at no charge. The lesson when I picked him up was very comprehensive and made me feel more confident that I could continue his training at home. She taught me how to use the pinch collar and the E-collar in ways to correct him without hurting him. I truly feel like Hanna and a lot of the other staff bonded with my dog. I would recommend not only the board and train program, but any of their services, to anyone!!

This is our dogs’ very favorite place in the world. They always know when it’s a daycare day and run for the car as soon as they finish breakfast so they can go play. Not only do they have a great time at daycare, they were also well trained by Jody and Hannah. We regularly get compliments on walks about how well behaved our dogs are, and it’s thanks to Downtown Doggie’s great trainers and continued work with them!
