I visited Downtown Physiotherapy Clinic due to a calf muscle tear in my left leg. At the time of my first appointment, my leg was swollen, very painful, and I could barely walk properly. After just two weeks of physiotherapy, including laser therapy, acupuncture (dry needling), and targeted rehabilitation exercises, I am now walking comfortably again and can confidently say that my leg has recovered about 98% back to its normal condition. Beyond the outstanding professional care, I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Ahmad Rezvani and his wonderful team. Dr. Rezvani is not only highly knowledgeable and skilled, but also extremely patient, compassionate, and attentive. He always took extra time to ensure the treatment was effective and followed up consistently to make sure my recovery was progressing well. The supportive and friendly atmosphere of the clinic, combined with their genuine care for patients, made a significant difference in my healing journey. I am truly grateful for their dedication and highly recommend Downtown Physiotherapy Clinic to anyone looking for expert and caring physiotherapy treatment.
Dr. Ahmad Rezvani is very professional, respectful, and attentive. His behavior creates a comfortable and safe environment, and he treats patients with genuine care and understanding. He listens carefully, explains things clearly, and makes sure you feel heard rather than rushed. The overall customer service experience was excellent. From communication to follow-up, everything was handled thoughtfully and professionally. I truly appreciate the respectful way Dr. Rezvani and his office treat patients, and I would confidently recommend him to others.
Best experience ever! 5 Stars! Now I’m almost fully healed! ❤️ I had a right shoulder sprain/strain. At first, I couldn’t really lift and sway my right arm, it was so painful for me. After 2 months+, I’m almost fully healed and just need a little bit more stretching in my right arm and shoulder. Huge thanks to Ahmad & Yasaman (Physiotherapist) for helping me getting my flexibility and strength back. They assess and listen well to my complains about my right shoulder and they are very careful with my limitations since I have started my physio. Also, a huge thanks to Hamidreza (RMT) for the good feeling and relaxing massage that he always gives, just perfect pressure. Hamid is very respectful and he listens and prioritize what you want to work on first. He has a good knowledge about his work. He can also do hot stone message. How nice is that, just like a spa! All of the staffs here are vey nice, friendly and knowledgeable. The clinic is clean and has a good location for those who wanting to try Physio at downtown Vancouver. I highly recommend this Physio clinic! 5 stars! :)
I had a fall at work and injured my knee and left shoulder. I came to this clinic without any prior knowledge about it, but now I’m extremely satisfied and highly recommend it for all of its services. In particular, I’d like to thank Dr. Rezvani for his exceptional and compassionate physiotherapy care — he truly dedicates his time and effort to his patients. …and I’m sure you’ll end up recommending this clinic to all your friends as well
I’ve had a fantastic experience with both the physiotherapy and acupuncture services here. The team is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They took the time to understand my condition, explained the treatment clearly, and adjusted the approach based on my progress. They also emailed me practical exercises and tips I could do at home, which made a huge difference in my recovery. The environment is clean, calm, and welcoming. I always feel well taken care of and respected. Highly recommended for anyone looking for holistic and effective treatment!
