Dr. Young is a true life coach. His emotional intelligence, insight, and ability to understand and adapt to people are what set him apart. His advice is honest, sometimes tough to hear, but always exactly what you need. If you’re willing to listen and put in the work, you’ll see real change. He doesn’t hand you the answers but he does give you the tools and guidance to take control of your own growth. I sought Dr Young's help to work out how to deal with a number of personal and professional dilemmas that I had no idea how to resolve. Dr Young was not like the typical therapist I had seen previously where you unload a bunch of problems and the therapist offers suggestions.. no, Dr Young takes a totally different approach.. I can scientifically say it's almost magical because it unfolds naturally and my growth and transformation was so profound that when some usually devastating things 'revealed' themselves I was ready. Dr Young knows exactly what is needed and learnt how I like to learn which allowed me to make this incredible transformation. This new me now has more progress to make and I look forward to my next phase with Dr Young in 2025.
