Dr. Yau is kind, patient, and caring. He even helped us during a weekend emergency and quickly prescribed the medicine. He listens carefully and always takes great care of my baby. Highly recommend!
I have been bringing my children to Dr. Kenneth Yau for several years now, and I can confidently say that our experience with him has been nothing short of exceptional. One of the standout qualities of Dr. Yau is his remarkable responsiveness. Whenever I have had concerns about my kids' health, I would send an email & he has always been quick to respond, providing valuable advice and guidance. It's reassuring to know that I can count on him to address my concerns promptly and efficiently. Not only is Dr. Yau exceptional, but his entire staff is also incredibly kind and helpful. They always have a positive attitude and are friendly towards my kids. Additionally, making appointments at Dr. Yau's practice is super easy. I appreciate how Dr. Yau's office respects my time and works diligently to accommodate emergency visits. Kids get sick all the time, so this level of convenience makes managing my children's healthcare much easier and less stressful. I highly recommend Dr. Yau to anyone seeking a pediatrician for their kids.
We are not from the area and I'm so happy that we found Dr. Kwong! He is very patient and caring with my kids. My daughter is usually terrified of doctors/dentists/nurses and she felt safe and comfortable with Dr Kwong since day one. He always talks to her and makes her feel safe. The staff is also wonderful and my appointments have always been on time.
My son loves coming to this doctor. The staff and nurses are friendly. They welcome you as soon as you come in and make the signing in a fast process. The longest I have waited to go into a room is 10 minutes. The office is clean with some toys and a fish aquarium. Yau is also friendly and gets to know you and your kids.
