The staff is amazing and well versed in their craft! I felt at ease and in good hands during the entire process - from the booking of the appointment via my convenience online, to the appointment itself, and the post appointment. Job well done! Shout out to dental assistant, Mo, and Dr. Tyler who did an outstanding job and took very good care of me during my appointment.
I love going to Dr. Monica! She sees my heart and she gets me! Through her I have overcome past traumatic experiences and look forward to excellent future dental care. She has so many great talents! Once you walk into her office, you know you are in the right place!
I waited until my third visit which was the teeth pull visit before putting my Google review. I was recommended this dental office by a former colleague. Best recommendation I ever received. My first two visits were ex-rays with Joey, he's such a pleasant person. It was awesome meeting Dr. Tyler. They let me talk about my dental history, and my fears with dentist and getting work done in my mouth. Yesterday I finally got to the visit where I needed two teeth pulled. Mrs. Mo was sweet and kind and loving and she just knew I was terrified. She tailored the entire experience to fit my needs in that moment. I asked for a squeeze thingy n was given one. She also asked if I wanted music and she let me pick so of course we were back there vibing to reggae. Come to find out we all like reggae I was humming it best I could, Dr. Tyler n Mrs. Mo was singing it too. He even recommended a new artist I check out. I was still so nerved up but yet so relaxed n felt so safe. Dr. Tyler was gentle as best he could getting my teeth out. Everyone here is amazing, from Dr. Crooks who did come speak to me on one visit to Joey n Dr. Tyler to Mrs. Mo n the lady who cleaned my teeth can't remember her name but she was an angel to, too the sweet receptionist who son loves Capybaras (forgot to ask her name). I'm thankful to you all and I look forward to years of dental work!!!
I just got my crown for my omplant today!!! I love Dr. Crooks and her staff ❤️ ♥️ 😍 💕!!! They are wonderful!!! They always greet you with a smile and make you feel like you are family!!! They do excellent work!!! Very thorough!!! I have been SO HAPPY since I started going to her office!!! I'm so anxious about the dentist because of a bad experience as a child!!! BUT Dr. Crooks office is so pleasant and comforting I feel right at home!!! If you are looking for an excellent dentist and staff check out Dr. Crooks office I think that you'll be glad you did!!! I found my HOME and I'M glad I did!!! I'll be here until Dr. Crooks retires or God calls me home!!! IT'S SO HARD TO FIND A GOOD DENTIST, SHE'S THE BEST!!! GOD BLESS AND ENJOY 😉 🙏 😊 ♥️ ❤️ ☺️!!! Dr. Crooks is the absolute best! I have been a patient of hers for decades and she consistently delivers excellent care! I love how Dr. Crooks engages with the latest technology while also having depth of expertise, and wisdom which ensures I always receive the best of care. Dr. Crooks is not only an expert dentist, but an artist! She has an eye for beauty and can give you the smile of your dreams. I love my smile and receive compliments on my smile all the time! I highly recommend Dr. Crooks and her team.
