These guys have fixed two different computers for me in diagnosis, and charged less than $100 total for repairs I was expecting to cost $200 or more each. Highly recommended, though the location is a little hard to find (it's in the same room as the Pony Express).
Thought my tower died after a power surge. Technicians got me up and running after 24 hours. No fuss, no nonsense, completely honest, very professional. Could not be more pleased with my experience. Definitely coming back here if I need an upgrade or some help.
After 9 years, my PC needed an upgrade to windows 11. Dr. PC fix it built my PC a decade or more ago. I took it in on a Mon. 9/25 and had it back three days later all fixed it up. I plugged everything in, and it was like I never had it in the shop. Everything came up perfect. These are my go to folks!!
I was a PC tech myself in the past, so of course my heart sank when my partner's computer showed telltale signs of some unknown hardware failure and I knew it needed more troubleshooting and diagnosis than I could do myself with the limited parts and equipment I had at home. Searched online for a local area place that looked like it would be up to the task. Delighted by what I found--he was knowledgeable and highly capable, the troubleshooting was fast and the fix was fast, got the computer back quickly and got back up and running. Communicates well and stands behind his work and offers follow-up if there are any issues, which there were not for me, but that's good peace of mind and that speaks to the confidence and quality of the work. Recommended. We will be back if I ever need a higher level of care like that again.
I’ve been to this PC repair shop multiple times, and every visit has been a great experience. Thor, the technician, is always incredibly helpful and happy to assist with any issue. He’s very knowledgeable and has given me excellent advice about laptops, helping me make the best choices for my needs. On top of that, he’s kind and patient, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!
