I was referred to Dr. Wayne Cissell by a couple of friends, and this was actually my first time ever seeing a chiropractor. I’d been dealing with serious back pain and figured it was time to see if a chiro could help. I was able to book a same-day appointment, which was a huge plus. When I met with Dr. Cissell, I gave him the rundown of my back issues: severe arthritis, no disc at L4/L5 or S1, and an ongoing issue my physical therapist couldn't figure out — my hips were out of alignment, possibly due to one leg being longer than the other. He listened carefully, got me on the table, and immediately saw that my right leg was about three inches shorter than my left. Sure enough, the misalignment in my hips was the cause. As he examined me further, he noticed some problems in my neck and spine as well, which he said he’d address. After the treatment, he told me to stand up and try to make my back hurt. And wow — other than a little muscle soreness from everything finally being where it should be, my back and neck felt incredible. I had full mobility in my neck again (didn’t even realize how limited it had been), my back felt amazing, I wasn’t walking lopsided anymore, and even my golf game improved. Plus, I had way more energy to work out now that I wasn’t constantly in pain. One more thing that really impressed me: my appointment was at 2:15. I showed up at 2:17, filled out the new patient paperwork, had my treatment, and was back in my car by 2:40. Efficient, effective, and no B.S. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Dr. Cissell.

I cannot recommend Dr. Wayne enough! My friend, who has seen him before, suggested a visit. I’ve been dealing with chronic neck, shoulder, and back pain ever since a severe accident about a decade ago, especially in the sensitive neck nerve area. A few years back, I had a bad experience with another chiropractor who pinched a nerve in my neck, which led to the ER; I had all the symptoms of a heart attack. Since then, I’ve been extremely hesitant to trust anyone in the chiropractic field. But when I went to see Dr. Wayne, he completely changed my perspective. I explained my history, and right away, he seemed to know exactly where my pain was and how to treat it. He’s truly an expert at what he does. After just one session, he was able to decompress my spine and the relief was almost overwhelming. The sensation was so powerful, I cried. Not only was the pain instantly gone, but I also regained full mobility in my neck. The experience was beautiful, emotionally and physically. I’m so grateful to have found someone I trust. I live in Mammoth Lakes, but the drive to see Dr. Wayne is more than worth it. Thank you, Dr. Wayne, can’t wait for my next visit.

Super grateful for Dr. Wayne. I work at a desk for longer than normal times and also have a tendency to sleep in very uncomfortable positions, sometimes half off the bed (to ensure my pets are comfortable) and continue to tweak myself out of alignment. Been going to Dr. Wayne now as needed for almost a year and would be in excruciating pain otherwise. I love how quick he is, how he gives practical DIY home exercises to relieve and stave off pain and to prevent from seizing up again, but most of all I appreciate his nonchalant approach to his practice. He’s doesn’t upsell you or tell you the frequency a person needs treatment. He trusts we know our own bodies and he’s available anytime he’s needed. If you have pain from a non-ergonomic work station or after some type of physical trauma (e.g. slip and fall, car accident, etc), I highly recommend him!!

Dr Wayne soigne ma famille depuis environ 3 ans maintenant ! Il est différent des autres chiropracteurs que nous avons vus auparavant. Il n'essaie pas de vous faire suivre des programmes coûteux avec plusieurs visites. Il est facile de le joindre, et traite même ses patients le week-end. Nous avons été extrêmement satisfaits des résultats et pouvons facilement venir le voir lorsque c'est nécessaire ! Je le recommande vivement et le réfère fréquemment à notre équipe clinique au travail. Il a également traité et amélioré de manière significative bon nombre de leurs problèmes.
