We have been using Drabek and Hill for a while now. They are professional, courteous and reasonably priced. Today they helped us with a backed up sewer. Michael D was awesome!
I had a terrible water leak over holidays, resulting in having to have my whole house repiped. No one wants that, and SAFECO insurance denied my entire claim. But my plumber, Naun, was a bright spot in this whole mess. He was so kind and easy to work with, punctual, hardworking, and knowledgeable. I felt I could trust him every step of the way, and he helped keep me calm in such a miserable situation!
Better off going anywhere else. They installed the HVAC system for our newly built home in 2022. The technicians didn't hook up an entire half of the system because, to quote them, "they went to lunch and then probably forgot". I had to call them and send photos of the work they didn't do. So now our blower motor has shorted out after only 3 years and they will not warranty their labor because "oh I dunno, it should've gone out quicker than that". They also installed the dryer vent pipe against code with a wildlife cage on the roof causing a blockage and water damage to parts of our ceiling from condensation dripping. They argued everything was fine until I sent photos of the blockage collected via drone and the PDF of the OK Building Code with the guidelines for roof vented dryers. Then they finally decided it was worth it. Poor work, poor customer service, poor outcomes. Buyers beware. Every system they touched has had to be fixed at least once.
Fantastic business! Came out within an hour and a half of the call, found the issue, checked out another that was unrelated and fixed that as well. Good price for the service and great communication, the will definitely be our homes go to! Thanks so much!!
I am very thankful for Drabek and Hill. They have helped my business numerous times. Most recent project was running 220v & 115v power to our bakery’s newest item “walk in cooler” powered by the coolbot. It has been a game changer in out micro bakery. Thank you Drabek and hill for assistance. I will used them again soon.
