Such a fun experience at Dragon Claw! We brought our kids and had a great time, left with some cute prizes, and felt so welcomed. Dehjan was awesome and provided top-notch customer service. WOW this place is so cool!!! Much bigger on the inside. Very bright inside, but lots of colors. Great music, and staff is super friendly. I know everyone thinks claw machines are a rip off and YES losing is part of the fun of the game. But we walked out with SO many prizes and they have a Great system to keep things fun and fair. The Staff is very understanding and willing to help kids/parents out. This is a great place to just hang out if you don't wanna spend too much, but wanna take your kids to someplace fun!!

Prizes are very cool & only one token per play ! Not only are the prizes awesome but you can also trade them in for bigger prizes, so if you get multiples or something you don't want to keep, no problem ! Just trade them in for a bigger prize ! Robert was extremely helpful in explaining the entire process & was very kind & patient with all of our endless questions. They also offer a monthly membership that offers additional perks. We will definitely be back !
