Went in today for oil change. They would not accept my Groupon coupon or even work with me. I offered to pay any difference, they would not allow it. I paid for full synthetic oil change, apparently the coupon said no European cars...did not see that. Luckily GROUPON WAS GREAT. WILL REFUND MY MONEY. Its OK, things happen for a reason. Guess they were not the shop for me.

They were so great!! I went in for oil change. They noticed something up with my coolant topped it off. I told them it was low next day and they checked it out for free the next day to give me piece of mind. Julio was excellent and really most humanistic morale mechanics I’ve ever interacted with! Everyone in waiting room was saying the same thing. I def will be back!! Great to have a mechanic you can TRUST. They are about building relationships not just business . Thank you again guys!! Vanessa was also a gem and wealth of knowledge.

Luis and his team are the best of the best. They make sure everyone waiting there as their cars are being serviced are comfortable and cared for. The team does a great job at keeping you posted as issues are discovered, and they conduct their business with the utmost honesty and integrity. I trust Dragonfly, and will return again and again.

My car’s alternator and battery died and I was able to get my car towed to their lot for a late night drop. I spoke to Bill at Dragonfly the following day and he helped me and talked me through all my options and provided me with his best advice. When I was able to give him the green light to go ahead and get the car started, he got it done in a very efficient time and I was able to have my car back by 5pm that same day. I really appreciated their kindness and patience with me as I am no expert when it comes to cars so there were a lot of questions. I would certainly go back here!

I first visited Dragonfly Automotive about three years ago for a simple oil change, and what immediately stood out was the thorough inspection they performed—something I had never experienced at any other mechanic. During that visit, they even discovered a nail in my tire. Since then, I’ve continued coming back because their service has always been exceptional. Most recently, my car needed a new engine along with a few other repairs. Alejandro and Luis were incredible throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly, were genuinely kind and patient, and even spoke with my dad multiple times to make sure we fully understood the situation since I’m not the most car-savvy. They truly went above and beyond to make me feel supported and informed. After years of being a customer, I can confidently say I trust Dragonfly Automotive completely. They’re honest, transparent, and fair with their pricing. My car is now running smoothly again, and I’ll continue bringing it here. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy mechanic.
