I usually have a decent experience at Drew’s Garden but this week was very disappointing. I bought several plants and a pot on Monday, totaling around $150, with the intention of planting a couple days later. Unfortunately there was a sudden death in my family so I was not able to plant my flowers on my planned day. So today (Friday) I notice that one of the 3 pots of zinnias I bought was dry and withered. The rest of my plants were still looking healthy. I call Drew’s garden to ask about a refund or replacement even and explain the whole situation. The person said they are usually final sale but to come by so he could see what he could do. I drive there later in the day and I guess another person comes to look at my plant. He says he wouldn’t sell a plant like that. Well yeah I wouldn’t buy a plant like that but clearly something was wrong with it. I showed him a pic of the other two healthy plants alongside the dry one so clearly nothing I did was the factor. He said he couldn’t do a refund or replacement but could give me a discount on another plant. He acted as if I was trying to scam them… for a small pot of $12 flowers. For me it is the principle of the whole matter. I was sold a sick plant and they did not make it right. I declined and left. Why would I buy another plant when I was sold a plant that shriveled up within days of purchase due to no fault of own? Why have me drive up to only try to get me to pay for another plant rather than correct the problem? Now I’m out not only the cost of the plant but also gas to drive there. And they are out a repeat customer for the price of a pot of zinnias. 🤷🏽♀️ I will not be coming back to Drew’s Garden. It would have even been better if they had not suggested they could do something and have me drive over there. There are plenty of other garden centers and nurseries in the area that have better customer service.
very nice nursery. I called before coming to make sure they had what I was looking for. not only did they have it, they were very kind in helping me find it. Drew's Garden was fully stocked with perennials, everything looked fresh and fantastic. this was my first time here, but I'll definitely be back. beautiful place!

I had received an ad about Drew’s Garden, and how they have a vast array of plants and flowers. This was my first time coming here to find a specific hanging plant called pothos and one of the employees was very kind, and helped me find the correct greenhouse to go to. It’s also convenient they sell supplies for landscaping, and garden decor!
