Drip Studio HNL Specialty Coffee, situé au 1114 Fort Street Mall dans le centre d'Honolulu, est un café de spécialité. The “Kona” pour over was delicious and smooth. My wife had their oat milk latte and the espresso shot was perfection. If you are on this side of the island we recommend this cafe. If you are hungry their food options are delicious. We had the classic ham and cheese, and the avocado veggie bagel. Owner super down to earth, took time to talk story. Mahalo!
If your in Hawaii in Oahu and looking for phenomenal coffee and ambiance Drip Studio is the place for pour over and espresso drinks. Food looks amazing as well. Kengi & Maddy are amazing they treated us with great hospitality and we enjoyed chatting with them about all the different coffees.

Pourover - Plum Marmalade DAK Coffee Roasters - 4.75 stars Honduras Catual | NATURAL Ripe Plum & Dark Berry I'm not a fan of black coffee usually (though I usually try my husband's) and this is one of the best I've had. It was full-bodied and plummy. Cappuccino - 3.75 stars Med-dark roast from solid coffee roasters. I personally prefer light and funky roasts but this has good texture.
Hand down incredible! The coffee here is amazing and has wonderful notes. The matcha is very good and they have a rare Hojicha (roasted matcha) … it’s got a awesome taste. The best part is the atmosphere and the people!!! Love the staff her and the are truly an delight to be around — very educated on coffee and make you feel at home.
A specialty cafe that is new and chic in the rough downtown location. The coffee is superb, professional, & priced well. Their coffee machine & equipment look sparkling & brand new with the interior decor still coming along. A few tables and small bar seating allow people to enjoy the coffee inside & it gives off a dive-bar feeling. Good vibes inside but the vibe outside contrast. I don’t go out in downtown often, so imo they’d seem to benefit at a better location, especially if customers want to sit and enjoy a specialty coffee for a longer duration of time. Top espressos in downtown 🤙🏼
