I’m in a WEDDING today and made that so clear when I booked. I picked the cosmo-tini and got this absolute DISASTER that’s embarrassing and that I could have done myself with NO KNOWLEDGE and my Dyson at home. This is ridiculous.
Lately often having problems here. I called ahead letting them know I’m around the corner but will be a little late because there’s an accident and then there wasn’t parking, they said no problem. My appt was for 8pm and the last client. I arrive 8:11, they said sorry we can only do a dry style because the hairdresser won’t have enough time and supposedly they tried to call me (but there were no calls at all received). Meanwhile the hairstylist was still working on another client so even if I arrived on time I would’ve had to wait. I said normally a good stylist will do my hair in 40 mins and they said this one is “not that good” and will take a while. This should not be my problem. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. I absolutely love Drybar but this location has lost my business for good. Just one problem after another!!! The receptionists almost always have a terrible attitude. My friend who arrived before me to meet me there was witness to all this and was astonished by this horrible experience
I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was unprofessional and rushed. I felt like just another number instead of a paying client. Communication was poor, and no one really listened to what I asked for. The service itself was not done properly at all. What I received looked nothing like what I requested, and when I tried to address my concerns, the attitude became defensive instead of helpful. No effort was made to fix the issue or offer a solution. On top of that, the salon was not as clean or organized as expected, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. For the price charged, I expected much better quality, professionalism, and respect. Unfortunately, I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality service or good customer care
I was 15 minutes late because of this damn drawbridge (clearly I’m not from here) and they still honored my appointment. Originally they said blow dry only with no style but JULIO, YOU SWEET SWEET ANGEL, saved my life and was able to wash, blow dry and curl me all within the time window. Not only does my hair look incredible, but we had the most wonderful and sincere yap fest while he worked his magic. Next time I’m in Miami I will come back here specifically just for him. Love you diva!!!
I’ve been to this Drybar twice now, and my second visit was absolutely wonderful! I had Angelica (I hope I’m remembering her name right), and she was so sweet, friendly, and unbelievably fast! I went on my birthday, so I was a little nervous, but she made me feel completely at ease. I was in and out with a wash, dry, and beautiful style in under an hour — so impressive! She checked in with me throughout to make sure I loved how my hair was turning out, and the end result was perfect. My hair was silky, smooth, full of volume, and my waves still looked gorgeous the next day. The entire team here is amazing, and I especially appreciate the manager who personally reached out after my first visit to make sure I was happy — that kind of care really stands out. I’m even considering getting their membership because it’s such a convenient way to keep your hair looking perfect before any event or trip. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Thank you, Drybar, for making me feel so beautiful and cared for every time I visit. 💛
