I visit this Drybar a couple times of year and have always been satisfied until my last visit. First visit was stellar with Lexi, my hair /curls lasted days and looked fantastic! However I visited a 2nd time and requested Lexi and was told upon arrival that she was not working that day; which is fine but would have liked a communication before I arrived and told this. My 2nd stylist, I was so upset with the service; I was in and out in less than 15 minnutes!! Curls were awful; woke up next morning with extreme frizz where the style Lexi gave me was perfect for days and days. I ask why he/she was using curling iron instead of flat iron which Lexi used and she didn’t catch the hint. Bottom line totally dissatisfied for paying over $75 for a 10 minute curl appointment. Waste of my time and money! Should vet your stylists before putting them to work at a 5 star resort!!!!
If you want to pay $80 for a blowout ..just so you can go home the same night , shower and redo your hair…come here. Worst experience.
10/10. Erin (or Erica?) was AMAZING, the whole team there are fantastic. I was 7 minutes late because stupid Apple Maps took me to the resort check in entrance, instead of towards the parking garage for the salon/spa. She finished me on time with 5 minutes to spare! The southern blowout with lots of volume and bounce was skillfully and artfully executed.
Came here for a bachelorette and ended up, loving my hair! I asked for a blowout with lots of volume and she delivered!
