Day of, their team was timely, efficient and kind throughout as well and it was a LONG work day. Their production was stellar and we couldn't be happier with the result. I can't say enough good things about DTX Media! I have used them at our annual leadership forum for the past 3 years. As the event coordinator, DTX makes the event much less stressful for me. Once our attendee list grew to over 200 I no longer wanted to trust AV to onsite equipment provided by hotel/venue. Scott has been our AV tech for all 3 years that we have used DTX. He knows our team, they trust him, he is always a step ahead of any possible issues, passionate about his job, and he does all with a calm and positive attitude. Plus his break playlist is great for a crowd and he has a fabulous voice for announcements! Scott and his setup are professional and I look forward to using him again. This year we added additional large screens and full draping. Aaron and his crew...fantastic! Professional, fast, and executed the look I wanted flawlessly. You don't realize how good full draping looks until you sit in the audience one year and notice the glaring exit sign and door behind the stage. The pics below aren't the best but I assure you it looked fabulous! I was pretty much running around like a chicken with my head cut off during their setup, and then exhausted and ready when they arrived to tear down. No worries, because other than one question to me regarding confidence monitor placement those guys knew just what to do. Can't wait to use them again in the future. I should also add that although we didn't record this year, we have in the past. S did a great job recording and editing our event the past 2 years. All around great guy and service! Their pricing - exactly where it should be for the service they provide. They are not overpriced at all. Likewise, they aren't the cheapest, nor should they be. You get what you pay for and with DTX you receive excellent service, equipment, customer service (thank you, Bobbi!), and final deliverables at a great price. The pics below aren't the best but a decent example of what they provided for us. This is an internal meeting with fairly simple needs compared to what DTX can offer. Small to big productions you won't be disappointed if you contact DTX. They will make you look good ;) BTW - I have no affiliation with DTX other than a happy customer.
