We had Ductz Indoor Air Professionals come out to our home in Chattanooga after our mini split on the top floor started acting up and our main HVAC system wasn’t heating right. Jacob and Emmit were great to work with and took their time figuring out what was going on. They fixed and cleaned the mini split and got our main unit working the way it should again. They also pointed out that our ductwork was undersized which explained the airflow issues and mold we were dealing with. They walked me through everything and made sure it was sized correctly. The difference in airflow afterward was night and day. Very professional honest and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Ductz and especially Jacob and Emmit.

Emmit and Jacob showed up on time and provided outstanding service. Our unit was turning on and off repeatedly, and they quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. They didn’t stop there! They also thoroughly cleaned our unit, ductwork, and dryer vent. Both were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done right.
